I Just did a google search on how to create a website and this is the number of estimated results that came through (About 2 230 000 000). So does this mean that there are more than 2 billion ways of creating websites or is it another one of google's algorithm scoping what ever it can on website development .

Well how ever many methods there are out there you always have the choice of creating a site with what ever tool that you feel comfortable with. I believe that if you can create a facebook account you can create a website. Whether creating a web page for business or for personal reasons the rules are almost similar.

The important part in creating a website sometimes is the starting stage. This is where you need to have a clear vision of how your web page would look like. For beginners in the game of web development a start in     an information site or a product site are almost what the usual temples would offer.
Most web templates like www.wozaonline.com powered www.google.com offer its user the ability to ad in some code. Although only html is only allowed there is still a lot that you can do with it.

So I would say have a clear view of how you web page would look like and what you intend to use the page for. Then onward its time to start building. The are a number of websites too help you do this you simply have to see which one can work best for you and is it user friendly the way you want it to.

A document that you can have  next to you when building a website is your company profile information. This makes it easy for you to enter information on the correct positions.

How to be successful with my ideas?

Sometimes the answers or solution to our financial problems is right under our noses! We can get jammed up with our daily routines that we miss even the simplest idea to the challenges we face. Have you noticed how your life can change in such a short period of time. This can only mean that we have to be prepared for any changes that should come.

How fun is it to be in the world of business. The different types of responsibilities we encounter on our daily basis. Working with good people as part of your team. Customers who always looking for the better in you, those business conversation with suppliers maybe eve that deal that you been looking forward to.

Change for better is always what we seek at the end of the day. But now how do we grow better, improve on our current situation, how do we take our businesses to the next level of the game. We do that by taking those courageous decisions that we know will change our life's. Believe, persistence, faith are some of the tools you need to take control in the change you seek. If it demands more effort then the pay has to be just about it.
 
The more we grow the better we become or at least we have to become. Growing old in years yet getting smaller the part you have to play for the economics of your life. Even a primary school child might have sense to figure out that it does not work that way. Follow this path and surely you will get there. If you are reading this means you are on the right success path. Shows the hunger in you to seek for information.

The world of big business

You realize by now that business is not as easy as you thought it would be especially corporate business. There are always factors to consider when doing business, business that is successful by the way. There is so much talk how the youth should be in business and compete, but the truth is where can you really acquire the full information on the operation of your business to be successful. 

Millions of young people around the world aspire to be in the corporate monopolized business world that exist today. When you are young what you have to do is become a dreamer of big ideas with a fist full of skills at your disposal. In most cases a lot of people know the exact steps to take in order to reach their goals but they don't take those steps cause of slow execution methods of no execution at all. This might be a weak point on which you have to work on to get things going!

So exactly how does a young person or any person with big dream make them come true. There is no one answer to that question. Different people will tell you different sorts of methods to get that job done. What I can tell you is that do what ever it takes as long as you feel that is the right thing to do.

Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela now you know him!

I always dreamed of meeting this legend. When I was growing  up in my early years I would hear talks of this guy who got out of prison and is soon to be the president of the country. At the time politics was not something I new much about! As I grew up and this gentlemen become president I was to witness one of the greatest men alive. His history and work soon spread like wild fire amonst the people of South Africa and the rest of the world. We are very privilaged today of being able to capture most of his life on tapes and cameras for future generation to see.

He has spend 27 years in prison that is something unheard of especially when you in prison because you belive in something that is your human right.

As citizens of South Africa it makes you also wonder and reflect on the past and almost wish you where there with him side by side during the struggle.

I've  always asked myself how can one race be like that over another race. The answer that always comes up is FEAR. Fear of the unknown.

There simply so much to say about him. His autobiography Long work to Freedom from his own words says all you would like to know. I now believe there is a Mandela in all of us!. GOD BLESS US ALL

How to plan for christmas

The festive season is just around the corner. Business have planned to make as much money as possible during this season. The consumer spends more money during this time than any other time of the year. Most casual works are getting annual bonus which will be used to buy children toys, food, presents and a hole other things. People are more likely to waste a lot money at this time of the year and everybody knows that. Smart people make money at this time from those who are willing to spend more than they earn.

It becomes a sad story when January comes which it is also at the next corner and there is not enough money for back to school. I wonder why people know their mistakes but still choose to repeat them after all.
I guess the concept of father Christmas is one created by marketers to lure people into buying at this time of the year.

The majority of business close at this time of the which makes more and more people to be at home and enjoy their festive s. We all look forward to the new year or at least most of us who are using the roman calender.

So what can you do to avoid the massive avalanche thats about to hit. First thing to look at is your budget, how much money is at your disposal at this time. Forget about the credit cards because it is not your money is someone else's money. Looking at your budget will the you the ugly truth of exactly how much enjoyment you going to have. From looking at your budget then you can look at your expenses, you true expenses. What ever is left is probably your profit. Depending how you think you can use this money how ever you please. Do not pressure yourself on the things you can not afford make better planning next time or plan after reading this post. Enjoy yourself and remember to always be careful

The truth is the gap between the rich and the poor is getting bigger and bigger by the minute, This has a simple explanation attached to it. The law of attraction has more to do with this than anything else. The rich and wealthy people have adopted a lifestyle and a way of thinking that automatically advances them forward.

Poor people just have a negative mindset towards being rich and the way they live. Rich people know that a life long learning keeps them up to date with the ever changing world that we live in. The poor simply hate to read and learn even if their lives depended on it, this they view as an non-paying job. The rich are more cautious about their monies and they know the beauty of saving and investing. The rich save and invest their monies first and spend what is left over. The poor just spend and consume, they think about saving or investing when there's is little or no money left. 

These are traits that most poor people are aware of and are always postponing them for tomorrow when they have more money. The rich leverage their efforts and the poor don't even know what leverage means. The rich and wealthy work hard on providing value to the world and communities around them. The poor hate the idea of working. 

The common things between the rich and the poor is the air we all breath, some might say going for no 1 or no 2. Simple to change from poor to rich first you must change your thoughts. Changing your thoughts will automatically change your life.

We all have heard of the term digital or electronic money at some part of our lives at least most of  have heard of it. For the people I know and who I have grew up with these are ideas that must be adopted! This is that type of money that manly operates in cyberspace and networks. There is no physical contact with this money for example paper money. More and more banks have long adopted the system and are working on ways that their consumer can also catch on.

Security is one of the main issues that still bother people with the use of electronic money. As we have witnessed over a week ago almost all South African major banks have been hit by a scam that involves millions of rands even more. So how are we to enter this market with surety of nothing ever happening to our systems. Are we suppose to go in hoping and praying that every thing will be fine.

The chances of you starting a business online and it being hit by hackers are 1 in 100. The are rules online that have to be followed and and doing so will drastically help you to succeed. Most people are putting all their trust on a certain company with all their information wishing nothing ever goes wrong.

To protect our monies the truth is we have to know more about security than we do now, if we are to compete. Starting a online business is easy today. With a business comes the risk of handling money. I'm only thinking of one solution to this problem is is to learn coding. Technology is trying to hide behind code.
For those who wish to start a business and handle electronic transfers you can think of other options. Learning to write code is something that can be done as a hobby. For the people I know this is the only option!

SANRAL evulates? The people of South Africa

Here is something for the province of Gauteng and it's finical progress. SANRAL. Everybody is saying this is an international company. When I look at the board of directors of this company these people are as local as they come. I have been searching for 20 minutes now for it's where about and I don't find any one who is saying this is mine.  So it might be that this board is hired by a foreign company.
Cause if there are employed by another company from somewhere then it's a problem a problem that will not go away. This international company just came through the back door. Our own government payed 20 billion rand for the construction of this company and its operation.There is no doubt the new roads look better than the old ones and it all was done in the name of the world cup.

This means the South African tax money is used to raise capital for a business that will continue to operate for as long as it can! If this company is owned by foreigners then its another sad day for the SA economy. A foreign company would have just came to us, gave us ideas and they getting paid for it. They would have out smarted the gate keepers of our economy. How long and how much are we really going to pay. If its a local company I clap hands!!!

The government knowing about this from the start would be no surprise. There are huge profits heading that way. Whats happening inside our government it a game and we are all in it. It's your choice to love it or hate it. We can talk about this all day but it's a done deal. New business in town coming in heavy and smartly. I don't have a problem with this company! I just don't like overseas companies taking money away from this country and not paying back. It almost seem like thief's in the night.

Business always starts with an idea and the proper execution of that idea. We all have the tools to make it in business but how we use those tools and manage our time is the difference in our out  comes. If your business is not where you want it to be then go back a review you plan or your goal. Change it if you have to!
       

Durban Business Fair

The 15th annual Durban Business Fair was a major success. This has shown the number of young entrepreneurs participating in almost all business aspects. Fashion and a bit of technology is where most of them are focusing. Now I have interviewed a lot of these youth entrepreneurs and most of them are start up businesses still working at home and some just moved to new  business location. The majority of these entrepreneurs only have an email or a social account to advertise themselves on the Internet. This shows a large gap in participating on the global field. The jewel makers and fashion designers have products that can possibly sell on the international market.

I believe a lot of contracts were discussed during this fair and we will certainly see partnerships spring out from these discussions. The future looks a bit bright with more and more events like these. I already hear people talking about investing in some of the talent they saw from the fair which is what these event was meant to do! There was more than 500 stands available at the fair with business of all kinds done.

Those who where there certainly enjoyed. Those who were not there missed out!


       

Time for change! Mouth shut eyes and ears wide open

We are considered the leaders of the African economy! Truthfully speaking our economy is under the tight clinched fist of the white minority which resides in this country. We are not going to go into how they managed to get all that wealth we all know and it's a bit disturbing if you really think about. I hear talks all over the news about economic freedom back to the people of this land. How will this economy be transferred to the hands of its original people. Clearly we will not risk the change of policies in this country just our neighbor Zimbabwe. Apart from being sanctioned we risk the the possibility of war with the overseas countries who think they have invested in this land. South Africa still has a bit of milk under its titties for these countries to drink.

We are entering the 20th year of our democracy next year! Facing a huge amount of unemployment and poverty still resides amongst our people. The challenge in not with the government, the challenge is with the people of this country.

We are challenged to change the face of  this economy. The way we can change this economy and take back what is rightfully ours is by opening up large global businesses that will compete with these businesses that have the power. The people of this country are to open up banks, mining companies, service provider companies and simply any business that is large enough to compete on a global scale.
I urge the youth of this country to take up these thoughts and not be scared of the big bad wolf. Business is business and can change the face of our country.

We have been under a white ruler for almost 500 years now, how many more years do we want. They say nature has a way of repairing itself and this is one of natures bandages. Our elders and leaders have fought this far now its up to this generation to do what needs to be done.

First thing you have to think about is your current financial situation. That is a worry that most people. You being young, you have to ask yourself what can you do in order to better your standard in this so called hard
life.I believe life is not hard, the choices we make as people make our life's hard.

People fail even before they even start with an idea they have that might have taken them beyond to the next level. One of the most important aspect you have to take care of is your education. Not just formal education that you get in school but real self education that will elevate you to the next level of consciousness. You spiritual background is one of the most important aspects that you will have to deal with.
I see people on a daily basis who have no clue on what they want in life. If you ask what do you want out of life most will say money which is the common answer.

The young generation are the one's who have to be extra careful about choices they make. With the advancement of this technology I am able to talk to you where ever you are. There is so much good information in front of our eyes it almost seem like secrets.
     

Message to the youth

Can you compete with the rest of the world when coming to the economic show down.
Our country needs more young entrepreneurs, young politicians, young science and technology boys and girls, maths teachers who know how to use the Internet, and many more. Entrepreneurs have a much better chance of achievement than they had 30 years ago. Simply because information is at their disposal. Human beings are always in search of freedom. So if you work in a job that you don't like then you simply not free.
You may have a lot of money, if you are not free spiritually then you still have a problem.

The young generation have a better chance of talking risks than adult generation. The choice you take as young has to  be a wise choice cause that will be with you for the rest of your life. The doors of haven have just open. The road cleared for that brave souls with courage of sea waves. The choice is simply in your reach. The is not much difference between a 40 year old and a 50 year old, the is a big difference between a 20 year old and a 30 years old.

Do we have to be careful with our choice? yes since they will be with us for the rest of our lives. Time lost can never be regained. Take a risk and start a business or if you are already in business don't give up now. We have just started. The bag of goodies have just been opened. Reach out you hand and take a risk!

Most people use Microsoft as their main software. Microsoft is a good product with ground breaking technology. It is a well-designed and well marketed business. My only problem is the restriction they place on their software for developers. Their main competition is Linux system. Linux is built on slightly different way that Microsoft. So if you got some computer skills you are welcome to join the Linux community.  Whichever software that you choose to use it should suit your needs as well as get the job done the way you want it to.

Today companies are offering packages that are so complete almost everything you need can be done on one platform. The best thing to do before opening an Internet account would be to do some research on the company you are about to join. Before opening any account an email address is required for entry. Now and email should be thought of very carefully because that would be you representation to the world. I’ll advise you to sign up for an email that corresponds with your business name. Some companies require that you invest some money for their product after using them so just be aware of that. Blogging is all about traffic let no one lie to you. Traffic that you see on your daily basis. If you have been a blogger for as long I am, you would already have seen the pattern of our traffic and all we want is for it to always go up.

Your design page consists of a drop down box on the left hand side. Filled with tools anyone with no skills can use. My personal favorite button to use is the stats button we all know why.
Now with your stats you are able to determine the flow of your traffic. Your stats will give you the top pages that are doing well on your blog and with that information you are able to work from there. You can determine where your traffic is mostly coming from. My traffic comes from the USA, so I'm not really convinced if it's traffic or is it just machine code! I love the USA, thanks for the platform and look me! Just having a simple chat with you now. World Markets Open Day

Entering the global arena to play takes courage. Either way how ever you look at it if you want to be in business you would be required to enter this market unless you

thinking small. I can not think of any big business today that is not trading internationally.

So it's pretty simple if you want to be in business, think of your Chinese, American, ooooh Americans they are the most fruitful  market you can think of today not forgetting your European customers and so on. All these markets are open for you when start your business operation globally. You could be running a business right now and thinking expanding it. It's pretty simple "GO GLOBAL"
One of the best things I could have ever known in my life is the English language. This is an International language where if you know it, you can trade with anyone around the world. I would say that if you are reading this then you are well on your way to success. Successful people always gravitate along side other successfully people. Strength is much needed to accomplish our tasks.

Businesses life Google, Microsoft, Facebook are results of good ideas put in action persistently. Dr Dennis Kimbro who wrote "What makes the great great" say in his book that human beings have 3 good ideas that can better your life for good everyday, if you think about it some of you have more than that.

My personal favourite story to tell any one who has no idea how computer work is the Facebook Mark Zuckerburg story. I think Mark shows a clear example of how powerful computer have become.
Mark is no different from you and I, he used his time and skills in a  productive manner combined with a good idea.

The world has open it's arm for trade for any one today. We all have the freedom to exchange goods with one another on a large scale. Competition is more fierce than yesterday. The human race is evolving into one community. So my advice to you is to keep going and never give up!    

 
   

Global look on the African economy

Today more and more people are thinking of getting into business. But I wonder if they really thought about the hard work and countless hours they have to put in for their venture to survive. Some successful people will tell you about the 10 000 hours they had put in for their business to run. But business today has changed, big players are taking larger and larger position of the market share than you can think of. The world's economy remains in the those countries that have long been in the game for centauries. Even with the entry of new player like India and Japan fighting for a slice of this badly bitten pie there is still room for new players on this field.

Africa has a major role to play in the up coming markets. South Africa as a major contributor to the African economy is still ranked 25 from it's GDP by Wikipedia. Now how can Africa compete with these ever growing titans who hold the world economy with their tight clinched fist.
One way is to empower the youth of Africa by challenging them to become produces for the outside countries. Foreign capital is much needed for the growth of this continent. But not capital that comes as investment for foreigners to build infrastructure, capital that comes in a form of income from produced products. I wonder why more and more people are leaving the continent with their skills taking them overseas instead of using them here wisely because this is the most fertile market of the 21 century.

If we really thought about there is nothing that this African continent does not have, when coming to natural resources. The only advantage that this overseas countries have is the massive use of computer and the Internet. So for those who have a chance to produce product I say to you, sell your products to the international markets and invest in the infrastructure on this continent. There is billions of untapped dollars in the infrastructure of this continent which is being taken advantage of by foreign companies.
