The newspaper that kills!

Technology is gradually giving people freedom of information. The world is becoming more open place than 70 years ago, that's an obvious thing we all know!. Even at this age there are still pockets of people who prefer to be old school and receive their information not from the Internet but from newspapers which should have went out of fashion 10 years ago.s Newspaper and television are the main sources of information for millions of  South African.
With the increase of information comes the increase in the people's ability to do good or bad. Take for example this two sources we have just mentioned, with them they posses the  power to change people's lives either for better or for worse. The more and more you gain power you start to realize the influence you have over people, funny enough most people in power have realized this long time ago.

We should be more concerned about the type of information being produced and provided to the people. One of the biggest papers in our country is the Daily Sun. This paper has more than 5 million readers everyday, meaning over 5 million people buy the paper everyday whether it's good or bad. No matter what type of information being produced loyal customers will always buy!.
The contents of this paper is sometimes so mind disturbing that one can't even look at the front page of this paper. With their niche in the market they able to show off their true colors. They sure know what they doing, what people want to read about that's why they have such a massive readership. Their readership is made up of black citizens, mostly the working class people of all ages, men and women.

The images you'll come across on their front page are of people badly beaten by either community of people or some other ugly picture that would wanna make you vomit. If that is not the case then you'll see either muthi workings or some other kind of sick twisted story.
The images projected from this newspaper are so disturbing and damaging there should be an age restriction that goes with the paper. The mind is constantly consuming this information storing it in the memory bank of the subconscious ready to be used again when ever needed. From storing such information people wonder why they are attracting unwanted things in their lives.

I'm not saying don't buy the paper, I'm saying we should go down to their printers and burn the hole gut them building down. This is just one of the papers out of many who falsely influence people's lives. Some of them are doing it in a more intelligent and sophisticated way, using methods such as subliminal marketing. This is a method of showing pictures that are only recognized buy the subconscious mind, images that will slowly influence your mind without you being aware of it.

We are dealing with a pack of criminals who don't want to see other people advance in live. Apparently the founder of the paper Deon du Plessis has died and left his mess behind. Sad for the family and bad for the country.

It's our responsibility to educate people on getting proper sources of information, information that is trust worthy and reliable.
